Pasture Raised Lamb Meat

We offer Grassfed and Finished lamb meat raised using regenerative agriculture practices as our main product. Our meat comes from lambs aged 8-14 months old. We also sell ground meat from older animals that have had a chance to develop more flavor or terrior.

Want to raise your own? Ask about breeding stock. Our breed of choice is the Katahdin hair sheep and we select animals as a whole, considering all of their attributes not just emphasizing a single trait. Characters we select for include maternity, docility, temperment, growth, and frame structure.

Like a fine wine, our meats capture the terroir of the environment and the management of how we raise and treat our animals.
