About us

Located in the northeast corner of Washington State just north of Spokane, Ola Aina Farms is operated by Gregg DePonte and family. As a Kanaka ‘Oiwi, or part Native Hawaiian, the farm’s name draws on Gregg’s ancestry. Ola Aina translates in Hawaiian to mean healing land, and that ideology guides the farm on its journey in agriculture.

The path of Ola Aina Farms has led us down the road into regenerative agriculture where a convergence of food, nutrition, and health intersect social, economic, and environmental issues that are world is experiencing. As stewards of land we have been allowed to care for through landowners we partner with, the farm cultivates relationships in the community with other farmers, consumers, and the public. If there is something we can help you with or if you would like to support our farm by purchasing products, please contact us. The support the community offers us is always appreciated.
